I’m Heidi — Late diagnosed ADHDer, ADHD coach and crafty creative.

I have relied on crafting as a way to self-regulate, slow down, and manage my ADHD through hands-on, wholesome crafting. What started as a way of escaping life & mindful grounding practice has grown into a collection of thoughtfully made & designed items - many of which are designed with neurodivergent needs in mind.
