Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are printed within 48-72 hours of when they are placed. Our factory operates Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend, bank holiday or holiday season may take a little longer to process.

Dispatch and Delivery

Any dispatch and delivery time projections provided by us are estimates only and may be affected by public, bank or international holidays, or delays outside of our control.

The turnaround time on an order depends on the destination and the delivery option selected at checkout. Options range from standard shipping to expedited and tracked worldwide delivery. We will try and keep you updated if we are made aware of a delay but if you have a query please contact hello@neuro-stitch.com. 

Confirmation and Tracking

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes an estimated delivery date. When your order is completed, if you have selected tracked delivery, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch email.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. Our rip-proof, splash-proof mailers are made from paper and are decorated with a fun design that can be coloured in or upcycled. Large orders come in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.

We do not include receipts in the packaging, making them perfect for gifting!

Digital Downloads

For digital download purchases, you will receive an email with your download link within 2 hours of placing your order (normally instantly) unless otherwise specified.
