Return Policy

Returning Physical Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return your items. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return and send to hello@neuro-stitch.com

  2. Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.

  3. Ship the Return: Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for shipping your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team via email to hello@neuro-stitch.com to arrange the exchange. Follow the same steps as returning an item, and we will send out the new item once we receive the original item. Please note that exchanges are unavailable on custom or print by demand items unless otherwise specified, or due to a defect or if the item is incorrect.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, Courses and all virtual content, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for these products. Please ensure you have selected the correct item before completing your purchase and upon purchase you have agreed to these terms.
