    Neurodiversity Coaching - specialising in ADHD & AuDHD, Life Coaching, Workplace Strategy Coaching, Coping Strategy Coaching and more.

    I deliver various training sessions including Disability Impact Training and Neurodiversity Awareness Training.


    I have coached privately & freelanced since July 2023 working with a variety of clients aged 21+ supporting them to understand themselves and utilise my Detective Toolkit and You-Ser Manual methodology.
