    As a certified Coach who has ADHD (and AuDHD Traits) I specialise in working with ADHD & AuDHDer's through Coaching, Mentoring and Support to deliver:

    Neurodiversity Coaching - specialising in ADHD & AuDHD, Life Coaching, Workplace Strategy Coaching, Coping Strategy Coaching and more.

    I deliver various training sessions including Disability Impact Training and Neurodiversity Awareness Training.


    I have coached privately & freelanced since July 2023 working with a variety of clients aged 21+ supporting them to understand themselves and utilise my Detective Toolkit and You-Ser Manual methodology.

    I have a longstanding hyperfocus with ADHD and helping others - and have always had a very people focused, kind and empathetic nature which I use alongside a strong curiosity and desire to solve puzzles and problems to help others!
