ADHD Coaching isn't like normal coaching! I don't expect you to turn up with all of the answers, and I believe that "One size DOES NOT fit all'! Like fingerprints - we are all unique, and that includes how ADHD impacts us!
As a late diagnosed ADHDer who has gone through my own ADHD diagnosis & journey - I know how confusing, frustrating and lonely it can be!
Finding help or support can feel impossible as there isn't any direction or a manual on what's next!
I felt like I needed someone to help me to learn and understand ADHD, and help me to find out where it was tripping me up so I could sort it and learn how to live my best life with it!
For me ADHD is my longstanding hyperfocus, passion and interest - but also one of my biggest motivators.Finding out that I have ADHD transformed me as a person, but also my entire life and as a result, I had to be a part of helping others do the same! So here I am!
I work with ADHDers by 'translating' ADHD & into a relatable concept - The ADHD Detective! The last thing you need is a load of complicated 'coach or technical jargon!' when you are trying to understand everything else!
Bringing this into my coaching, I use a combination of mentoring, support and where useful, share my own experiences so you can feel understood, validated and supported in a judgement free space where you can investigate, stitch together clues & manage daily life working with your ADHD!

I want my fellow ADHDers to feel reconnected to themselves and their ADHD brain - so that you too can feel empowered, confident, and tackle anything that you want to do or that might be thrown your way!
