Hello Neurobuddies! Welcome to my blog - Confessions of an ADHD Coach! I’m beyond excited to finally share my stories, thoughts, and tips with you all. First things first, let me introduce myself, my business, and what this blog is all about. Thank you for reading and supporting me!

In true ADHD fashion, it took me longer than planned to get this first blog post out—but nothing like a crazy, impulsive deadline to make it happen! I specialize in ADHD, life, and workplace strategy coaching. My mission? To empower the neurodivergent community to embrace their unique brains and thrive in a world that often misunderstands them.

Who Am I?

I’m Heidi, and as someone living with ADHD and neurodiversity firsthand, I’m passionate about providing support and strategies that work. I’ve spent years honing my skills in coaching, mentoring, and advocacy, all while navigating my own neurospicy journey with my lovable sausage pup, Sooty. Together, we experience the ups and downs of daily life with ADHD. Sooty is a constant reminder of the joy—and chaos—that comes with it.

The Reality of ADHD

In this blog, I’ll be de-stereotyping what ADHD and being neurospicy truly look like. The reality is that being an ADHD coach—and having knowledge about ADHD—doesn't exempt me from the challenges we face. Every day presents new hurdles that require me to play detective, investigating what impacts my focus, energy, and productivity. I’m constantly stitching together clues to better understand my needs and navigate this journey.
